Les auteurs dressent ici le tableau des difficiles transformations du système d'instruction et de formation professionnelle en Espagne depuis la chute du fascisme et ses hésitations entre un «modèle professionnel» et un «modèle organisationnel». Ils analysent ensuite les données du chômage en fonction du niveau de diplôme et les trajectoires des jeunes entre formation secondaire et emploi. Ils soulignent à ce propos les particularités de l'Espagne qui exigent d'adapter la théorie du capital humain. Ils s'interrogent enfin sur la relation entre la formation et le système productif. Training, employment and competitiveness in Spain
Changes in the Spanish educational and vocational training systems have been undertaken with much difficulty since the end of Fascism : authorities have hesitated between «professional» and «organizational» models. Unemployment data are analyzed by educational level and as a function of young people's itineraries as they move from secondary schools into the job market.
