	Résumé	Cet article aborde les imaginaires religieux qui se développent autour des pratiques des cultes aux ancêtres et aux esprits dans les Hautes Terres centrales de Madagascar. La comparaison effectuée à partir de deux ethnographies donne à voir, avec une profondeur historique, des similarités et un ancrage des esprits. L'histoire migratoire, commerciale et politique de la Grande Île, tant à l'échelle régionale qu'internationale, ont forgé les cultes. D'une part, les croyants migrent avec leurs pratiques et les esprits qu'ils convoquent ; d'autre part, les rituels intègrent des esprits aux caractéristiques étrangères (vazaha). Ceci nous amène à discuter des procédés d'adaptation des pratiques mais aussi de hiérarchisation entre les esprits appartenant à un même réseau. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info)
	Résumé anglais	This article deals with the religious imaginaries that are developing around the practices of ancestor and spirit cults in the Central Highlands of Madagascar. The comparison made from two ethnographies shows similarities and the anchoring of spirits in a historical depth. The migratory, commercial and political history of the Big Island, both regionally and internationally, have forged the cults. On the one hand, believers migrate with their practices and the spirits they summon; on the other hand, rituals incorporate spirits with foreign characteristics (vazaha).
