Résumé anglais |
Social work training in the French speaking part of Switzerland has lately been transformed ; this change brings a risk in the field of professional practices : tasks might artificially be split. We are convinced that an academic qualification (bachelor degree) is needed to recognize « knowledge gained from life experience » as a specialised scientific knowledge. We thus focus on the combination of the aca-demic aspect of a tertiary training with the professional know-how. To do so, we base our analysis on professionals' non rational activity to underline how complex and specifics are the skills at stake. Moreover, this article is sustained by De Cer-tau's “theory/practice” analysis and the concept of art de faire. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |
