Toutes les appellations autour du patient expert telles que patient-intervenant, patient-partenaire, patient-tuteur, patient-ressource, patient-enseignant… créent un flou qui nuit à la compréhension de sa place et de son rôle. Une psychologue clinicienne, une patiente experte et un cadre administratif, à l'origine de la création d'un dispositif de patients experts dans le parcours de soin du service d'addictologie de l'hôpital Bichat, donnent quelques points clés issus de leur expérience afin de permettre à chacun d'entamer ou de poursuivre une réflexion personnelle et institutionnelle.
