Cette contribution présente un programme d'investigation en cours sur l'art et le territoire dans l'optique d'une alimentation durable. Les chercheurs et les artistes engagés ont mené des enquêtes auprès des habitants du territoire de Plaine Commune pour explorer leurs recettes, qu'elles renvoient à des récits d'enfance, du temps présent ou nous projettent dans l'avenir. This contribution presents an ongoing program of investigation on art and territory from the perspective of sustainable food. The researchers and artists involved have conducted surveys among the inhabitants of the Plaine Commune territory to explore their recipes, whether they refer to stories from childhood, from the present time or project us into the future.
