En clinique infantile, l'intrication des troubles précoces dans la dynamique développementale et la multiplicité des modalités d'expression de l'enfant, du corps somatique au langage verbal, obligent le thérapeute à s'ajuster à de multiples transitions internes à la thérapie.Pour ce faire, les principes analytiques de la clinique présentée ici s'actualisent au sein d'un dispositif de psychomotricité relationnelle (Pratique Aucouturier).La partie théorique revient sur le paradigme de l'objet transitionnel de D.W.Winnicott, et sur les multiples formes intermédiaires de symbolisations, corporelles, primaires et secondaires. Celles-ci serviront de repères dans l'évolution thérapeutique.La partie clinique illustre ce « voyage dans l'espace transitionnel » auquel nous invitent les thérapies de deux enfants souffrant d'un trouble sévère du développement précoce. In well-baby clinics, developmental disorders converge with the multiplicity of children's modalities of expression—from somatic body to verbal language—requiring the clinician to adjust to multiple transitions in terms of therapy.To this end, the analytical principles of the clinical approach presented here have been derived from a specific modality of relational psychomotor therapy, the Aucouturier psychomotor practice.The theoretical framework incorporates D.W. Winnicott's concept of the transitional object, along with multiple intermediate forms of symbolization (bodily, primary, and secondary) that serve as benchmarks in the course of the therapy.In the clinical section, we are invited to take a “journey into transitional space” by the therapies of two children afflicted with a severe developmental disorder.
