De 2013 à 2020, une équipe de Télécom Paris a piloté un chantier de mises en fictions de controverses. Nous revenons ici sur celles qui ont transposé en film, théâtre et roman, la controverse sur le transhumanisme (2018-2020). Ces productions émanent, pour l'une, d'étudiants, pour l'autre, de comédiennes, et pour la troisième, d'un enseignant-chercheur. Qu'apporte la mise en fiction, et comment ? Dans l'analyse de contenu des productions, il ressort que la fictionnalisation est constructrice de dialogue. Les épineux protagonistes escaladent le mur de l'empathie plutôt que de creuser le fossé entre les camps. Nous en arrivons à l'hypothèse que la fictionnalisation opère la déconstruction de l'Ego/héros : les personnages sont inclusifs partenaires des problèmes, c'est-à-dire parties prenantes des problèmes et ouverts à l'altérité, y compris la plus désarçonnante, pour construire un terrain commun. From 2013 to 2020, the Telecom Paris team led a project dealing with the fictionalisation of controversies. We shall here be going back over what was transposed into a film, play or novel: the transhumanism controversy (2018-20). These productions derive, in the first case, from students, in the second, from actors, and in the third, from a researcher-teacher. What does fictionisation bring, and in which way? In the analysis of the content of these productions, it emerges that fictionalisation constructs a dialogue. Thorny protagonists cross the empathy wall rather than digging out a trench between two camps. We thus arrive at the hypothesis that fictionalisation creates a deconstruction of the ego/hero: the characters are inclusive partners in problems, in other words stakeholders in issues and open to otherness, including the most off-putting of kinds, in order to construct some common ground.
