Comment les injonctions à l'innovation et au numérique faites aux institutions culturelles façonnent-elles leurs dispositifs de médiation ? Cette étude porte sur la trivialité des injonctions (Jeanneret, 2008), autrement dit sur la façon dont elles circulent, sont appropriées et recréées par les différents acteurs intervenant dans les phases de co-conception/co-design de ces dispositifs dits « innovants » (institutions culturelles et agences prestataires). Après avoir identifié des caractéristiques propres à ces marchés publics régis par des appels d'offres, nous mettons en évidence l'énonciation éditoriale (Souchier, 1998) et la porosité des rôles à l'œuvre dans ces logiques culturelles et industrielles. Dans cet article, la notion d'innovation est interrogée face à la standardisation de certains dispositifs et aux imaginaires propres à chacun des acteurs à l'origine de leur conception. How the injunctions to innovation and digitalization do sent to cultural institutions design their mediation devices? This study focuses on the “triviality” of injunctions (Jeanneret, 2008), in other words, how they circulate, are appropriated and re-created by the various actors involved in the co-design of these supposedly « innovative » devices (cultural institutions and digital provider agencies). After having identified the specific features of these market of public contracts governed by calls for tenders, we highlight the “editorial enunciation” (Souchier, 1998) and the porosity of the roles of these actors in these cultural and industrial logics.
