Dans les territoires urbanisés comme le Nord-Pas-de-Calais (NPDC), l'agriculture rurale côtoie des formes d'agriculture péri-urbaine et intra-urbaine. La prise en compte par les collectivités locales de chaque agriculture dans les projets de territoire est donc complexe. Le récit territorial agricole apparait alors comme un outil clé pour orienter l'action publique. Des ateliers animés grâce au codesign ont réuni agriculteurs ruraux, agriculteurs urbains et collectivités pour dialoguer autour de la place de l'agriculture dans le territoire. Cet article analyse les contributions des participants et la méthodologie employée pour montrer la possibilité d'écrire ce récit en NPDC. Grâce aux ateliers, trois enjeux consensuels des agricultures ont été révélés : nourrir la population, assurer la durabilité des territoires et permettre une émancipation des agriculteurs. In urbanised areas such as the Nord-Pas-de-Calais (NPDC), rural agriculture rubs shoulders with peri-urban and intra-urban forms of agriculture. It is therefore complex for local authorities to take account of each form of agriculture in territorial projects. The agricultural territorial narrative then appears as a key tool to guide public action. Workshops animated thanks to codesign brought together rural farmers, urban farmers, and local authorities to discuss the place of agriculture in the territory. This article analyses the contributions of the participants and the methodology used to show the possibility of writing this story in NPDC. Thanks to the workshops, three consensual stakes of agriculture were revealed : feeding the population, ensuring the sustainability of territories, and enabling farmers' emancipation.
