Cet article rend compte d'une expérience spécifique : un stage de formation théâtrale réunissant des personnes en situation de handicap et des personnes valides, auquel était adossé un processus de recherche collaborative visant à comprendre la situation inclusive à partir des perceptions des participants. Il examine les effets du dispositif inclusif co-construit avec tous les participants. Inclusion through theatrical practice: analysis of a partnership structure This paper analyses a spécific experience: a theater training course bringing together people with disabilities and able-bodied people, which was backed by a collaborative research process aimed at understanding the inclusive situation based on participants' perceptions. It examines the effects of the inclusive set co-builted with all participants. This set has allowed important changes in posture showing the richness of a truly inclusive process.
