Nous saisissons l'occasion de cet appel à articles pour participer à la réflexion sur la contribution du chercheur en organisation par la recherche-action. Il s'agit d'une thématique à laquelle nous sommes particulièrement sensibles car notre thèse de doctorat a été menée par recherche-action. Dans cet article, nous décrivons un retour réflexif autour de la littérature qui nous a nourrie et le programme de recherche établi avec les modalités des différentes méthodes de collecte mobilisées. Notre proposition a pour objectif de permettre de mieux appréhender quelques formes et modalités d'intervention par recherche-action en faveur de la recherche en communication organisationnelle. We are taking the opportunity of this call for papers to participate in the debate on the contribution of the researcher in organization through action research. This is a theme to which we are particularly sensitive because our doctoral thesis was conducted through action research. In this article, we describe a reflexive return to the literature that has nourished us and the research program established with the modalities of the different collection methods mobilized. Our proposal aims to provide a better understanding of some of the forms and modalities of intervention by action research in favor of organizational communication research.
