L'article montre comment le cadre théorique de l'analyse institutionnelle et la démarche de la socio-clinique institutionnelle peuvent constituer des points d'appui pour former à et par la recherche des étudiants issus ou se préparant aux fonctions d'encadrement dans le secteur de l'intervention sociale. L'analyse des implications professionnelles et étudiantes de ces étudiants « hybrides », en tension permanente entre formation et activités professionnelles, constitue le fil conducteur de l'article. This paper proposes to show how the theoretical framework of institutional analysis and the approach of institutional socio-clinics can be used as a basis for training students coming from or preparing for management positions in the social intervention sector, in and through research. The analysis of the professional and student implications of these « hybrid » students, in permanent tension between training and professional activities, is the main theme of the article.
