	Résumé	Cette contribution propose de mobiliser, face aux transformations récentes du marché du travail et du marché de la formation continue en France, les outils et les orientations des « marchés transitionnels du travail » (mtt), perspective systémique et dynamique centrée sur les mobilités choisies ou subies au sein de l'emploi et autour de lui. Dans une première partie théorique, elle montre la pertinence de ce regard construit au début du xxie siècle, mais aussi les points sur lesquels il est utile de l'actualiser. Dans une seconde partie, le regard « transitionnel » est appliqué aux principaux acquis des évolutions et transformations récentes des systèmes d'emploi et de formation, puis aux difficultés qui continuent à frapper les moins favorisés des travailleurs et travailleuses. 	Résumé anglais	This article applies to the recent changes in the French labour market and in the French market of further training the tools and overall perspective of « Transitional Labour Markets ». tlm are a dynamic and systemic approach of the labour market, centered on workers' trajectories, either chosen or involuntary, either inside or around the employment sphere. The first part is mainly theoretical and shows the relevancy of the tlm approach, elaborated at the beginning of this century, as well as the need for some updating. The second part proposes an assessment of the recent evolutions and reforms in French employment and training systems, beginning at a general level and ending by a focus on the persisting difficulties affecting the less favoured workers.
