La création d'artéfacts électroniques est à l'origine d'un nouveau paradigme où chacun peut être connecté à tous, et réciproquement. Dans cette communication, la thématique sera articulée autour de la distance proxémique uniforme existant sur Internet et de son incidence sur la structure organisationnelle construite dans ce paradigme virtuel. Finalement, la corrélation entre de nouveaux systèmes organisationnels et une distance proxémique uniforme sur Internet, n'ouvrirait-elle pas sur une redéfinition de l'organisation en général, et n'interrogerait-elle pas sur les retombées que ces nouveaux facteurs pourraient avoir dans la société civile et, indirectement, dans les entreprises ? The creation of electronic artifacts is at the origin of a new paradigm where everyone can be connected to all, and vice versa. In this paper, the theme will be articulated around the uniform proxemic distance existing on the Internet and its impact on the organizational structure built in this virtual paradigm. Finally, would not the correlation between new organizational systems and a uniform proxemic distance on the Internet open up to a redefinition of the organization in general, and would it not question the repercussions that these new factors could have in civil society and, indirectly, in companies?
