La performance des entreprises dépend fortement de l'adaptation du business modèle de l'entreprise face aux évolutions de son environnement. À l'aide d'une étude de cas longitudinale menée en temps réel, l'objectif de l'étude est d'analyser le changement de business modèle d'une PME dans un contexte d'évolution de son environnement. Notre analyse se focalise sur les changements volontaires et émergents, et plus spécifiquement encore, sur la nature des injonctions paradoxales (Smith et Lewis, 2011) à l'œuvre dans ce changement de business modèle. Nous montrons que le business modèle de l'entreprise est modifié en fonction de l'évolution de son environnement et des dynamiques intrinsèques à l'organisation (tensions à l'œuvre au sein de l'organisation). The performance of companies depends on the adaptation of the company's business model to changes in its environment. Using a longitudinal case study conducted in real time, the objective of the study is to analyze the change in business model of an SME in the context of its changing environment. Our analysis focuses on voluntary and emergent changes, and even more specifically, on the nature of the paradoxical tensions (Smith and Lewis, 2011) at work in this change of business model. We show that the business model of the company is modified according to the evolution of its environment and the internal tensions.
