À partir d'une enquête par entretiens, cet article interroge les pratiques administratives ordinaires en contexte numérique. Il traite à la fois de la mise en œuvre de démarches dématérialisées du point de vue des administrés et des usages d'outils numériques en appui à la réalisation de tâches administratives. Une approche séquentielle permet d'appréhender le travail administratif ordinaire de manière dynamique et relationnelle, à travers des processus de dématérialisation/re-matérialisation, et des transferts de responsabilité entre usagers et institutions. Cette approche permet également d'identifier plusieurs opérations de reconfiguration qui participent de l'invisibilisation du travail administratif ordinaire et d'en éclairer les implications en termes d'accès aux droits. Based on a campaign of interviews, this article presents results from a study of ordinary administrative practices in a digital context. It deals with both the implementation of dematerialized procedures from the point of view of citizens and the uses of digital tools in support of the performance of administrative tasks. A sequential approach makes it possible to apprehend ordinary administrative work dynamically and relationally, through processes of dematerialization/re-materialization and transfers of responsibility between users and institutions. This approach also makes it possible to identify several reconfigurations that have contributed to the invisibilization of ordinary administrative work and to shedding light on their implications in terms of access to rights.
