The New Management of Real Property in the Public Sector
The Act of Parliament of 25 July 1994 which relates to the constitution of real property rights in the public sector, has considerably changed the management of real property belonging to State. Some characteristics of the public sector were in fact hampering economic development. So, in order to remedy this, the Act creates a new category of title of occupation which has facilitated the reception of economic activities while still reaffirming the public authority's prerogatives and providing for a certain number of precautionary financial measures.
