Police Trade-Unions and the Role of the Police.
A member and a former member of police trade-unions are questioned about their vision of the police and its evolution. They give their view of police trade-unionism, its role and its weaknesses, notably a certain resistance to change. The two officers questioned plead for the development of local policing.
