Face à la montée du salariat à temps partiel notamment dans les groupements d'employeurs agricoles, nous étudions cette structure afin de rendre plus attractif l'emploi salarié dans un groupement d'employeurs : paiement incitatif des salariés et conditions de son existence. Chaque membre au sein du groupement d'employeurs a sa pondération exogène qui est un paramètre important car il conditionne tant les revenus des membres du groupement que les paiements que ceux-ci donnent au salarié. Il apparaît aussi, en cas d'effort salarial (observable ou non) identique selon les employeurs, qu'il existe une condition suffisante pour qu'un paiement incitatif existe. Vis-a-vis the increasing of part-time wage labour in agricultural pool of employers, we study this structure to make more attractive the employee's payment: conditions of an inciting payment of the wage workers. In the pool, the exogenous weight of each employer is then a significant parameter: the weight conditions so much the incomes of employers and employee's payments. Moreover and in case of identical employee's action, a sufficient condition of an inciting payment of the wage worker exists.
