Y A-T-IL UN NOUS AUTOGESTIONNAIRE ? L'étude du fonctionnement de nous dans un corpus de textes émanant de groupes et d'organisations autogestionnaires (Parti socialiste, Parti socialiste unifié, CFDT, Assises du Socialisme de 1974) met en lumière sa polysémie, fondée par les statuts des agents des discours examinés, énonciateurs et locuteurs, destinataires et allocataires. Le « type » des discours retenus ne semble pas pertinent, quant au mode de polyphonie. Pas plus, d'ailleurs, que la proposition de définir le « discours autogestionnaire » comme « discours de contamination », reposant sur le fonctionnement des discours des femmes du PSU, et notamment sur celui de nous dans ces discours. En revanche, les modes d'élaboration et de circulation des textes d'une part, les rapports discursifs entre porte-parole, organisation et destinataires noués dans le nous polysémique d'autre part, semblent être des critères de caractérisation. IS THERE A SELF-MANAGEMENT NOUS ? The study of the way nous functions in a corpus of texts produced by self-managing groups and organisations (CFDT, Socialist Party, PSU) highlights its polysemy, structured by the statuses of the agents of the discourses analysed, enunciators and adressers, receivers and interlocutors. The « type » of discourse does not seem relevant as to the mode of polyphony, any more than the proposition to define « self-management discourse » as a « discourse of contamination », based on the way the discourses of the PSU women function, with particular reference to nous in those discourses. But the modes of elaboration and circulation of texts, and the discursive relations between the spokespersons, the organisation and the receivers established in the polysémie nous seem to be the criteria of characterization.
