Mediterranean management: has been or still to come?.
Since the ages of time, the Mediterranean bassin has always been a multiple
tension affected region. Techniques of management which can be found are
usually considered as inefficient, lagging behind the dominating modern
international model. These technique however, reveal interesting cultural
characteristics (complex reticulated organisations, the importance of trust,
social links, solidarity and brotherhood), nowadays considered as valuable, and
who may be incubating the seedings of a new style of management in the
