Le sport occupe une place importante dans notre société. C'est un spectacle riche et attrayant, où chacun trouve un moyen d'exister ou de se projeter. Cet intérêt n'échappe pas aux prédateurs modernes qui y voient la possibilité d'y développer leurs capacités financières, leur image et leur pouvoir ; ils contribuent ainsi à faciliter certaines dérives. Il ne faudrait pas robotiser les hommes, vouloir toujours pousser plus loin les performances au détriment de la santé du joueur et transformer ainsi le sport en victime et non en vitrine de la société. Sport occupies an important place in our society. It is a rich and attractive spectacle where everybody can find a way of existence and of identification. This popularity has not been ignored by modern predators who have found there the possibility to develop their financial ventures, their image and their power thereby contributing to the development of certain negative trends. Men should not be transformed into robots, performances should not be pushed always further to the detriment of the players' health, and sport should not become society's victim instead of its showcase.
