Cet article entreprend de pénétrer au cœur de l'un des « chapitres » du grand récit collectif des Québécois, chapitre intitulé « Le Québec moderne », en tâchant de faire ressortir comment, en écrivant ce nouveau texte fondateur, la technocratie ? à laquelle est ici accolée une définition particulière ? réinvente le groupe à partir d'une triple opération : historique, mémorielle et identitaire. "Modern quebec ". One chapter in Quebecois great collective account
All groups base their conscious existence on a grand narrative by which they define themselves, establish thé facts of their history and commemorate their destiny. This article seeks to go to the heart of one of the " chapters " of the grand narrative of the Quebecois, the chapter called "Modem Quebec ". It tries to show how, by writing this new founding text, technocracy ? here given a special definition ? reinvents the group on the basis of a three-fold operation, related to history, memory and identity.
