Nous proposons dans cet article la description conceptuelle d'une démarche novatrice d'optimisation de la recherche d'information par la contextualisation (élaboration d'un plan de veille pertinent) et l'indexation mémorielle (transcription de l'objectif de veille en langage pivot multilingue). Basée sur le sens, elle permet de dégager précisément les contenus informatifs qui seront les plus appropriés à une analyse de type Intelligence économique. Cette démarche est conscrite dans un atelier appelé MEVA (Mémoire EVénementielle d'Actualisation). We propose in this article the conceptual description of an innovative approach to optimize the search for information by the contextualization (creation of a relevant watch-profile) and by the memory indexation (transcription of the watch target into a multilingual core langage). Based on the meaning, it allows to catch out precisely the informative content that will be the most appropriate to a Business Intelligence analyze. This is drafted into a workshop called MEVA (Actualisable Memory of EVents). It increases the relevance of informations that build the decisionnal knowledge.
