| Résumé | In accordance with the open innovation model, relations between public research centres and industrial firms tend to rise. Nevertheless, it raises the fundamental issue of their divergent approaches of knowledge appropriation, which results in tensions on intellectual property issues. We show that, on the one hand, these tensions are increased by representations of the other party, and, on the other hand, that working on common projects reduces them. | |
