En décembre 1998, la guerre civile a repris au Congo, débordant Brazzaville pour affecter la province. The Popularization of Political Violence in the Congo In December 1998, the civil war recommenced in the Congo, spreading past Brazzaville into the cities and towns of the provinces and rural areas. This seems to reflect a new strategy of all-out war, with the extension of the practice of pursuing and systematically eliminating all youth able to carry arms. This renewal of the war has met with an astonishing black out in the international press. R. Bazenguissa-Ganga and P.
