Résumé anglais Knowledge managers from major French corporations participating in COP-1 and piloting social network initiatives belonging to the Observatory of in-house corporate social networks or responsible for corporate universities, have contributed to our dossier exploring the vast variety of strategies, objectives, methods and tools used by KM professionals. We compiled our dossier using KM methods because it is:social: based on exchange and collaboration among members of various communities, practices or centers of interest,multimodal: built through a variety of means: classic writing, round-tables, forums, video (or not) interviews, shared experiences of projects, storytelling, etc.ubiquitous: undertaken remotely multimedia: extended via links to blogs, sites, online videos, etc.
