Résumé anglais KM at the heart of corporate strategy
The first section of this dossier analyzes the stakes and dimension of KM in terms of capitalization and sharing, and how major corporations integrate KM in their strategies. Knowledge as an economic resource has since the end of the last century become a critical force in the competitive marketplace as well as a key corporate resource. In this new corporate model centered on "knowledge" or the 2.0 organization, managing knowledge is not a method to control this resource but rather used to facilitate the development of the knowledge highway.
