Résumé anglais The concept of "governance" is widely known, initiatives are being taken in organizations to respond to the challenges involved in mastering and coordinating information flow. Even more significant, senior management has a sharper awareness of the strategic importance of information as an asset. But beyond these marketing statements, which are the best practices to implement? How and with whom can governance be introduced in small and large companies as well as the public sector? What role can information professionals play in this context? Our dossier, is an attempt to respond to these questions and to identify the major stakes in information governance.
