Malgré la constitutionnalisation de l'opposition et la reconnaissance, à son profit, de droits spécifiques, le renouveau de l'opposition n'a pas eu lieu : cette dernière n'exerce qu'avec difficulté les nouveaux pouvoirs dont elle dispose et reste cantonnée à une fonction d'obstruction. The Renewal of the Opposition Despite the constitutional recognition of the opposition and its obtaining specific rights, the renewal of the opposition has not occurred. It exercises with difficulties the new power it has been granted and it is limited to a function of blockage.
