À la suite de la crise ivoirienne de 2010-11, le président Alassane Ouattara a annoncé, le 11 avril 2011, la création d'une « Commission dialogue, vérité et réconciliation » (CDVR), sur le modèle de la « Commission de la Vérité et de la Réconciliation » mise en place en Afrique du Sud pour expurger les crimes commis au nom de la politique d'apartheid et les exactions perpétrées par les mouvements de lutte et de libération. Avec la CDVR, présidée par l'ancien Premier ministre, Charles Konan Banny, la Côte d'Ivoire a voulu s'engager dans un processus de réconciliation nationale. Lors de son intervention devant la Fondation ATOUUU, une ONG, M. Niamien N'Goran a voulu montrer que la réconciliation nationale est possible, comme le pensent 83 % des Ivoiriens. Pour Niamien N'Goran, il ne peut y avoir, en Côte d'Ivoire, de développement économique durable et solidaire sans réconciliation. Il est donc nécessaire d'accompagner ce processus de réconciliation. Since the Ivorian crisis in 2010-11, president Allassane Ouattara announced on the April 11th 2011 the creation of a “Commission meeting, truth and reconciliation” (CMTR), based on the model of the “Truth and reconciliation commission” implented in South Africa in order to deal with the crimes committed in the name of the apartheid politics and the violences perpetrated by the movements of fight and freedom. The “Commission meeting, truth and reconciliation”, directed by the former Prime Minister, Charles Konan Banny, and the Ivory Coast, have wanted to start a national reconciliation process. During his intervention in front of the fondation ATAOUUU, a NGO, Mr Niamien N'Goran demonstrated that national reconciliation is possible, as think 83% of the Ivorians. For Niamien N'Goran, there can not be any sustainable and solidary economic development without reconciliation. So, it is necessary to accompany this process with a reconciliation.
