Le grand réveil de l'Afrique est une évidence. La première indépendance que connaît l'Afrique, celle des années 1960, est une indépendance politique, certes nécessaire, mais insuffisante. L'entrée dans le XXIè siècle marque pour la plupart des 54 pays africains le début d'une deuxième vie, fondée sur l'indépendance économique. Mais, l'Afrique est un continent de 54 nations, avec 54 situations particulières. Les matières premières participent, de façon prépondérante, au grand réveil de l'Afrique. Il est alors nécesaire de sortir de la malédiction des matières premières en créant une industrie locale de transformation. En 2014, les investissements étrangers en Afrique vont battre des records et devenir, avec 80 milliards de dollars, la première source d'apports financiers extérieurs. Nouveau moteur de la croissance mondiale, l'Afrique possède des ressources naturelles, ses propres besoins sont colossaux et les progrès accomplis en matière de gouvernance politique sont réels. The big awakening of Africa is an evidence. The first independence that Africa has known, in 1960, is an political independence, admittedly an independance but still insufficient. The beginning of the 21st century mark for most of the 54 African countries the start of a second life, based on economical independence. But, Africa is a continent of 54 nations, therefore there are 54 specific situations. The raw materials participate, in a prominent way, to the big awakening of Africa. So it is necessary for Africa to come out of the raw materials curse by creating a local industry of transformation. In 2014, the foreign investments in Africa are in fact going to break the record and become, with 80 billion dollars, the first source of financial contribution. The new key driver of an economic growth, Africa possess natural resources, its own needs are enormous, the accomplished progress in terms of political governance are real.
