A Long-Term Analytic Model of the Labour Market by Bernard Salanié
Several small-scale models have recently been built to study the long-term workings of the French labour market. The aim of this paper is to present just such a (very) small-scale model, which can be solved in closed form and easily calibrated, and to use it to simulate the effects of various economic policy measures.
