Les Occidentaux confondent souvent un phénomène neutre, la « globalisation » (technologies de communications et d'échanges planétaires), avec la « mondialisation heureuse » (utopie mondialiste et pacifiste). Or le fait de prôner un monde sans ennemi ni menaces n'aide pas à comprendre le nouvel échiquier mondial multipolaire, de plus en plus anti-occidental et hyper-concurrentiel. La Chine maoïste-capitaliste montre qu'un pays dictatorial peut briguer le statut de première puissance tout en rejetant la démocratie libérale. Pour les nations du nouveau monde multipolaire, l'universalité des droits de l'homme est un cache-sexe de l'arrogance occidentale, et la globalisation un champ de déploiement de puissance, d'échanges et de concurrences. Les pays d'Occident ne pourront relever ces défis qu'en renouant avec la realpolitik et en effectuant un recentrage stratégique autour de leurs intérêts géocivilisationnels. Westerners always confuse a neutral phenomenon, the globalization (communications technologies and global exchanges), with the « happy globalization » (pacific and globalist utopia). Yet, the fact of advocating a world without an enemy neither a threat don't lead to understanding the new global multipolar scene, that is more and more anti-western and hyper-competitive. The capitalist-Maoist China reveals that a dictatorial country can aspire to the status of the first economic power while rejecting the liberal democracy. For the Nations of the new multipolar world, the universality of the humans rights conceal the truth of the « western arrogance », and the globalization, a field of power deployment, exchanges and competition. The Western countries won't be able to take up the challenge unless they re-establish connection with the Realpolitik and refocus on their geocivilizational and strategic interests.
