Cet article présente un modèle conceptuel pour l'analyse de l'erreur dans la prise de décision en situation. Ce modèle s'articule autour des concepts de situation de gestion, de théorie de conscience de la situation et de l'identification des écarts dans la prise de décision au moyen des caractéristiques de l'erreur cognitive. Cette réflexion contribue à l'identification du potentiel d'apprentissage au sein des organisations en action. The error in decision-making. The case of a bird strike with a canadair during a scooping. This article concerns a conceptual model to analyze error in the decision-making situation. This model is built around the concepts of management situation, theory of situation awareness and identification of gaps in the decision by the characteristics of the cognitive error. This article contributes to the identification of potential learning within moving organizations.
