Des animateurs du collectif de Floirac (banlieue de Bordeaux) présentent trois projets d'aide en direction du Burkina Faso réalisés avec des adolescents à l'initiative d'une association locale et de la municipalité de Floirac. Ces projets, à double caractère •humanitaire et éducatif •trouve leur concrétisation dans la construction d'un dispensaire, d'une école, de logements et d'une maternité dans des villages burkinabés. Ils permettent aux jeunes de faire l'expérience d'une première insertion professionnelle, qui débouche parfois sur la volonté de formations diplômantes, d'une ouverture «à l'autre» et d'un travail collectif. Suburban youth and African solidarity -
Youth workers from the Floirac collective (in the Bordeaux suburb) present three projects of assistance in direction of Burkina Faso, they have been realised with the participation of young people, on the initiative of a local association and the Floirac municipality. Both educative and humanitarian, these projects take shape in the building of a free health centre, a school, a maternity hospital and housing in Burkinabe villages. So that young people get the opportunity to experience their first professional insertion leading sometimes to qualified training, open-mindedness toward •the other” and collective work.
