Le centenaire de la loi 1901 sur le contrat d'association est l'occasion pour les grandes institutions nationales de mettre en perspective tant synchronique que diachronique l'évolution de la liberté associative en Europe et dans le monde. Deux synthèses vont pouvoir servir de références à tous les acteurs de la célébration du centenaire, d'une part "La liberté associative dans le monde" du ministère des Affaires étrangères qui compare le droit applicable aux associations et aux organisations non gouvernementales dans 125 pays des 5 continents, et d'autre part le rapport annuel du Conseil d'État qui retrace l'histoire du développement de la vie associative en France et les questions liées à l'adaptation éventuelle d'une loi centenaire. Associative participation in Europe and in the world
The centenary celebration of the 1901 Law concerning the contract of association is the opportunity for the international institutions to examine the synchronic and the diachronic evolution of freedom of association in Europe and around the world. Two syntheses can be used as references by all the actors of the centenary celebration. On one hand, «The freedom of association in the world «, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs compares the rights of the associations and nongovernmental organizations in 125 countries from the five continents. On the other hand, the annual report of the Council of State recalls the history of the development of community life in France and raises issues about the possible adaptation of the one-hundred-year old law.
