Stakes of a youth housing policy
Intermittence and temporary situations, ambivalence of behaviours, cohabitation, training, labour and couples on the try : the young people's demands in matter of housing are variable and flexible. Although the private rental market accomodates the majority of young people, it does not however allow all of them to have access to independence and then to autonomy.
