La mise en place en Aquitaine d'une double qualification DEDPAD/ master professionnel ouvre des perspectives à la formation des cadres de l'animation. Il existe des résistances à ce type de formation venant de l'histoire de l'animation, mais aussi de la méconnaissance de ses contours et de son importance en termes d'emploi. La formation des cadres apparaît comme un enjeu dans la constitution du champ professionnel de l'animation. Le bilan de la formation DEDPAD Aquitaine permet de mieux cerner qui sont ces cadres, leurs fonctions et les compétences qui leur sont nécessaires pour optimiser l'action des entreprises qui les emploient. Les notions de «projets d'animation et de développement» et d'«ingénierie d'animation territoriale» illustrent bien le sens qui est donné à ces formations. Source : Éditeur (via Persée) |

Training of the animation executives
The setting up in Aquitaine of the double qualification DEDPAD/ Professional Master offers new perspectives for the training of animation executives. Resistances to this type of training come from the history of animation itself but also from the ignorance of its outlines and from its importance in terms of employment. The training of executives appears then at stake in the constitution of the professional field of animation. The assessment of the training DEDPAD Aquitaine allows to figure out who the animation executives are, what kind of functions and competences are necessary in order to optimize the actions for which the companies employ them.
