Le 12 septembre 2012 fut marqué par l'éruption d'une des forces créatrices du droit au cœur de notre système fiscal. Ce jour-là, en apparence, un simple site Internet destiné à concentrer la doctrine fiscale aura été activé. Pour autant, au même moment, par voie d'instruction, toutes les normes préalablement engendrées par la pratique fiscale seront rapportées, formatées et parfois reconfigurées avec un effet induit de filtration et de rajouts non mesurable à ce jour. À l'aide d'une« task force fiscale », l'administration « rebootera » alors tout un ensemble normatif structuré et destiné à appliquer un droit conçu comme la chose tant du législateur que du juge. Le BOFiP-Impôt constitue dès lors un objet d'étude de par les évolutions qu'il est susceptible d'engendrer sur le fonctionnement de notre système juridique. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |

September 12, 2012 marked the eruption of the legal creative forces at the heart of the French tax system. That day saw the activation of a simple website for concentrating tax doctrine. However, at the same time, through an administrative issuance, all standards previously created by the tax practice will be carried over, formatted, and sometimes reconfigured with effect induced filtration and unmeasurable additions to this day. Using a “task fiscal strength,” the administration will reboot then any structured set of standards and for applying a law conceived as the thing that both the legislator of the judge. The Official Bulletin of Public Finances-Taxes, known by its French acronym BOFiP, is therefore an object of study vis-à-vis the developments it is likely to have on the functioning of the French legal system.
