S 'adressant aux praticiens du Droit autant qu'aux chercheurs, l'auteur montre comment un changement dans leurs pratiques passe par une transformation des fondements-mêmes d'une science juridique. Ce n'est qu'à cette condition que les juristes s'affranchiront du principe de reproduction où l'approche positiviste les a enfermés, et qu'ils redeviendront des juris-prudents. Law and Society : from different Approaches to the Establishment of a common Field. This paper is aimed at those who practice Law as well as at scholars. It shows how a radical change might happen in their practice if they daim new grounds for legal science.
