I discuss in this article, under the contribution of French Discourse Analysis (Pêcheux) expanded and renovated in Brazil by Orlandi and colleagues, the functioning of the legal discourse intertwined with other materialities and how these discourses interpellate the subject indigenous to mean. Also, do some observations on assignments naturalized in Western society, for Indians who live or frequent the city and analyze the meanings stabilized by nominalization "protection" to the Indians of Brazil.
