Résumé anglais Modelling migration schedules in Poland. Statistical schedules of the general structures of population according to the rates of age-specific fertility or mortality show that remarkably persistent regularities are characteristic of most human populations. Contrariwise to well-developed model schedules applied in analysis of fertility and mortality, similar techniques have not yet been applied in migration studies. A. Rogers and L. Castro (1981) have used these techniques, in their most recent studies concerned with modelling migration schedules. The purpose of this study is to test A. Rogers-L. Castro model in Polish conditions. The author states, that the structure of migration schedules in the multiregional system are regular and stable in time. The test applied make possible to carry out comparative analysis of migration schedules in various fractions of time and space.
