« La démocratie est une modalité de l'information », nous rappelle Patrick Lamarque. Et la question de la qualité de l'information est essentielle pour la démocratie. Mais, « la communication est un des instruments du pouvoir ». On ne peut donc éviter de rapprocher l'une et l'autre. Comme on ne peut éviter de les rapporter à la même logique économique. Patrick Lamarque reminds us that « Democracy is a modality of information ». And the question of the quality of information is essential for democracy. But « communication is one of the instruments of power ». Therefore, we cannot help but associate the two, just as we cannot avoid linking them to the same economic logic.
