Dans cet article, je présente l'utilisation du concept de résonance en supervision et en formation. La première partie montrera comment cette notion peut être éclairante dans une situation de supervision. Dans la seconde, on verra qu'elle est également opératoire dans les exercices qu'on peut donner aux étudiants pour les amener à faire un travail sur eux-mêmes. In this article, I present the use of the concept of resonance in supervision and training. The first part indicates the resources brought by this notion in supervision, and in the second part, we will see that the concept of resonance is also operational trough exercises given to the trainees to help them to work on themselves. This kind of exercises is integrated in the training of psychotherapists where they are an important complement to the theoretical teaching and the supervision's work.
