Les institutions de soins et d'éducation, comme n'importe quel groupe humain organisé, sont sujettes à des maladies et doivent se donner les moyens de se soigner. L'espace de supervision peut en être un, qu'il soit préventif ou curatif. Nous chercherons à comprendre ce qui constitue la spécificité d'un tel espace/temps, et à préciser quelques manières de faire pour poser la mise en place d'un cadre de travail défini comme une « matrice d'empathie ». And if Institutions would accept to treat their troubles?The institutions of care and education, like any organized human group, are prone to diseases and must give each other means of looking after themselves. The space of supervision can be one among them, whether it is preventive or curative. We will seek to understand what constitutes the specificity of such a space/time, and to specify some manners of making to pose the setting of a framework of work defined as a “matrix of empathy”.
