	Résumé	Depuis 1986 et les débuts de la politique de réforme économique et l'ouverture du pays aux capitaux étrangers, le Viêt-nam a connu une période de forte croissance. L'afflux des investissements étrangers, en particulier asiatiques, a renforcé la bipolarisation du pays autour de Hô Chi Minh Ville et de Hanoi. Les deux régions métropolitaines concentrent les quatre cinquièmes des capitaux et ont vu se multiplier zones industrielles et zones franches. Au Sud du pays a émergé un véritable « corridor de développement » associant quatre provinces autour de l'ancienne Saïgon. Dans une Asie orientale en pleine transformation, doublement marquée par la construction d'un espace économique régional et la crise récente des économies, Hô Chi Minh Ville apparaît en voie d'internationalisation. 	Résumé anglais	Since 1986 and the beginning of a new policy of economic reform and the opening of the country to foreign capital, Vietnam has experienced a period of strong growth. The flow of foreign investments, particulary Asian ones, has reinforced the bipolarisation of the country around Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. These two metropolitan regions concentrate four fifths of capital and have seen the multiplication of industrial zones and free zones. In the south of the country, a real « development corridor », associating four provinces around former Saigon, has emerged. In a rapidly changing eastern Asia doubly marked by the construction of a regional economic space and the recent economic crisis, Ho chi minh City appears to be on the road of internationalization.
