Prenant appui sur une vignette clinique, cette réflexion s'articule autour d'un questionnement sur le regard et la cruauté dans l'accès aux images interdites offertes par certains sites Internet. Ce travail met en perspective la problématique de la transgression et du plaisir fondé sur les interdits et les relations avec le voyeurisme et les formes de sexualité déviantes. Dans l'exploration des sites Web interdits, la transgression est double : voir dans le secret de sa relation à l'écran, des images atroces, horribles, impensables, et transgresser l'interdit d'y accéder. C'est cette quête, qui prend parfois un caractère compulsionnel, qui est interrogée ici. La complexité du fonctionnement psychique face au plaisir scopique conduit à revisiter les frontières entre la jouissance névrotique et la perversion dans le rapport au visuel. Si le pervers est animé par la vue d'un objet précis auquel est née sa jouissance, le névrosé le sera par la quête d'une scène médusante, qui ne peut jamais être la dernière ou la bonne car elle ne fait que tenter de figurer le trauma devant lequel il est resté sans voix. Based on a clinical vignette, this reection is articulated around a questioning of the gaze and cruelty in accessing the prohibited images offered by certain Internet sites. The work puts into perspective the problematic of transgression and of the pleasure founded on prohibition, and the relationship with voyeurism and deviant sexuality. The transgression involved in the exploration of prohibited websites is a double one : both to see, in the secrecy of one's relation to the screen, horrible, atrocious and unthinkable images; and to transgress the prohibition against accessing them. It is this quest, which takes on at times a compulsive character, that is interrogated in the present text. The complexity of psychical functioning in the face of scopic pleasure leads to arevisiting of the frontiers between neurotic satisfaction and perversion in the sphere of visual relations. If the perverse subject is animated by the sight of a precise object to which his jouissance is xated, the neurotic will be animated by the quest for a transxing scene which can never be the final or the intended one, because it will seduce him into trying to represent the trauma in front of which he is struck dumb.
