Une jeune fille de 14 ans est convaincue depuis l'enfance d'être un garçon dans un corps sexué de fille et présente divers symptômes. Le dispositif psychothérapeutique consiste en des entretiens scindés (une thérapeute reçoit les parents, une autre reçoit la jeune). Ces trajets en parallèle se croisent lors d'entretiens familiaux. Les interactions transférentielles mobilisent différemment l'ensemble des protagonistes.
La revendication de cette jeune à être reconnue comme garçon pousse autrui dans une hésitation et un malaise croissants. Doit-on se fier à son identité sexuelle biologique ou à l'énonciation de sa vérité, celle d'une identité de genre ? Cette jeune exprime violemment une telle souffrance qu'elle ébranle tout son entourage. En tant que thérapeutes, comment et jusqu'où accueillir la revendication d'identité de genre adressée par un adolescent, pour que peut-être, au travers d'une alliance thérapeutique, puisse émerger un dire au-delà de la revendication même ? Comment soutenir que la construction identitaire est davantage l'issue d'une élaboration adolescentaire que l'énonciation d'une vérité transcendante héritée de l'enfance, quelle qu'en soit l'issue ? Que la nomination d'identité par l'autre ne dispense pas du travail d'appropriation subjective ? La question très actuelle du genre échappe-t-elle aux avatars du complexe d'Œdipe, du manque et de la castration, de la confrontation à l'altérité et à l'impossible du réel ; la question de « l'être femme » étant dans le cas présent particulièrement adressée à la mère ?

A 14-year-old girl is convinced since childhood to be a boy in girl's sexual body and introduces various symptoms. The psychotherapeutic setting consists of split interviews (parents are assigned to one therapist ; the young person is assigned to another one). These parallel interactions cross during family interviews. Transferential interactions mobilize all the protagonists in different ways. The claim of this young person to be recognized as a boy pushes other people in a growing hesitancy and an increasing feeling of faintness. Should we trust her biological sexual identity or consider the utterance of her truth, the one of identity gender ? This young person expresses such suffering violently as she shakes all her circle. As therapists, how and how long could we receive the claim of gender identity addressed by a teenager, so that perhaps, one voice appears beyond claim through a therapeutic alliance ? How could we support that identity construction is more the outcome of a teenager's development than the utterance of the transcendent truth inherited from childhood, whatever the outcome would be ? How could we support that the identity nomination by the other doesn't prevent from the process of subjective appropriation ? Does the very current question of gender avoid the mishaps of the Oedipus complex, of lack and of castration, of confrontation with alterity and in the impossible of the Real ; the key question of “being a woman” being particularly directed in this case at the mother ?
