La conduite du changement organisationnel représente une problématique fondamentale pour les établissements de santé afin d'affronter les défis auxquels ils sont soumis. Dans cette perspective, cet article vise à analyser le processus de conduite du changement et plus particulièrement les différentes phases qui jalonnent le déroulement d'un projet de changement. Réalisée à partir d'une recherche-intervention conduite dans un CHU et visant à réorganiser un service de consultations externes d'ophtalmologie, ces travaux permettent d'identifier quatre étapes facilitant l'aboutissement du projet. What Stages for Change Management in Hospitals ? The problematic of change management in health care organizations is fundamental to take up the numerous challenges they have to face. This article analyses the change process focusing on the different stages lining the progress of a change plan. The research is based on an action-research undertaken in a French university hospital in order to reorganize the ophthalmologic outpatient service.
